Kaitlyn Heinlein

Kaitlyn Heinlein is the Graduate Program Manager for the AOS Professional Master’s Program. Her role includes mentoring students, assisting students with internship/job placement, coordinating recruitment and admissions efforts, and lecturing the AOS 810/811 professional development course sequence.

Before coming to UW-Madison, Kaitlyn worked as a marine meteorologist for DTN / Rockwell Collins in Houston, TX, and as an operational meteorologist for Innovative Weather in Milwaukee, WI. She received a B.S. in Meteorology from Valparaiso University in 2014 and a M.S. in Mathematical Sciences from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2016.
